Ben Maclaine is a registered psychologist.
He has a Master of Arts (Psychology) and a Bachelor of Science (Psychology, Anatomy) from the University of Sydney. He also holds a Certificate in Meditation Facilitation
Ben has had experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings with a wide ranges of issues including addictions, mental health, relationships, self-esteem and dealing with general life stresses.

Types of Treatment Modalities:
Ben has an empathetic, non-didactic counselling style, and helps clients develop a clear, objective view of their situation, and the best way forward. He uses a variety of therapeutic approaches including, cognitive behavioural therapy, Solution focussed therapy, mindfulness and client centred therapy.
As well as therapy, he believes healthy eating, exercise, meditation and the cultivation of healthy relationships can play a key role in mental wellbeing, and can assist clients to integrate these into their lives if they wish.
