The focus of Boaz’s practice is to create a trusting environment in order to enable his clients to speak freely about their challenges. This supports them to reflect upon their behaviour patterns and values with the purpose to align these two aspects.

Throughout therapy, Boaz utilises a variety of modalities such as:

  • Motivational Interviewing to facilitate environment for change
  • Psycho-education to increase awareness and create empowerment
  • Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to explore values, and thinking and behaviour patterns
