Allana has experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting and has experience with a range of presentations including anxiety, behavioural difficulties, stress management, and assessment of cognitive issues. She continues to work with adolescents and adults though an employment provider for the Department of Employment and DHS who are unemployed. She works with a range of psychological conditions including anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, as well as assisting clients with stress management, trauma and crisis counselling, communication training, family relationship issues, self-esteem and confidence, and vocational support.

She uses a range of evidence based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy to successfully achieve change and positive outcomes with clients. Allana aims to assist clients in developing positive and constructive coping mechanisms to reduce their distress and increase their ability to cope and resolve their difficulties. She is passionate about mental health across the lifespan and assisting clients progress to their full potential.
