Cher has had considerable experience working in a variety of organisational contexts including federal & state government, higher education sector and private enterprise assisting employees to maintain their presence in the workplace with EAP and/or early intervention services and return to work after an injury or illness as a rehabilitation consultant.
Formal training in mediation underpins any intervention undertaken with individuals. Formal training also informs any critical incident work Cher undertakes.
