Christine uses a variety of therapeutic approaches in her practice, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Whilst in therapy, Christine likes to take an eclectic approach and draw on a number of modalities so that therapy can be tailored to the individual clients needs. Christine has been working in private practice for over 10 years and is an experienced solution focused psychologist who is passionate about personal growth and helping people achieve peace.
