Gina has a warm, empathic and supportive therapeutic style. She prides herself in being receptive to each client’s presenting needs and flexible in using treatment modalities. Gina is able to use a range of evidence based therapeutic approaches drawing on a number of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy, Schema Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Gina works with each client to draw out their personal strengths and adapt different strategies to encourage positive change in their lives.
