Ginette has had over ten years experience helping individuals work through a wide range of mental health and life issues. She worked as a psychotherapist in a private organization and as a telephone counsellor with people dealing with addictions. She has also worked with couples, young people aged from 16 to older individuals in their eighties. She is able to engage with and relate to people of various backgrounds and cultures.

Types of Treatment Modalities Used:
Ginette uses a holistic approach and various modalities, including mindfulness based CBT, solution focused therapy, interpersonal therapy and art process if and when appropriate, and if client is agreeable. The holistic approach means that Ginette works with the whole person at their own pace and in the context of their environment, life experiences and beliefs, supporting clients to explore and express their experiences. This then enables the individual to connect with their core values, gain clarity about the root of the problem and courage to make the changes needed to live a more authentic and satisfying life.
