Kristy is flexible in using treatment modalities, drawing upon a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Existential Counselling, Logotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy among others.
