Nicole Feder has been a registered Psychologist for over 20 years. She is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society, the Psychology Board of Australia and also the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Over the years, Nicole has applied her Psychological Counselling skills across a broad range of areas working with Senior Executives, Teenagers, Young Adults and has completed some Couples Therapy work. She has worked in mediation and has coached individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals. In addition, Nicole has completed family-related counselling around traditional and non-traditional family models including adoption, permanent care, step-families and other general family-related issues. She has gained extensive experience career counselling individuals at the various stages of people’s career lifecycles, performing corporate psychological work supporting staff with personal issues impacting their capacity to perform at work. She provides her services to adults, adolescents, couples and children.

Types of Treatment Modalities Used:
Nicole has studied and applied a mix of treatment modalities and utilised a number of different assessment approaches and tools. Believing each client and situation is different, Nicole takes a consultative approach in her Counselling and will take time early in the relationship-development phase to seek input from her clients to determine the best approach to use. Modalities include: CBT, Mindfulness, Solution-focused, traditional Psychotherapy. Nicole, in consult with her client, will advise on the best approach to use to achieve the desired counselling outcome.
