Paula has over 10 years’ counselling experience working in community health, not-for-profit organisations and private practice, where she has assisted people with a diverse range of presenting issues including problem gambling, drug and alcohol addiction, mental illness, childhood trauma, relationship issues and chronic health conditions. She has also gained experience supporting people in returning to work following a period of mental health issues as well as facilitating Mindfulness and Dialectical Behavioural therapy groups.
