Sarah is currently undertaking a Master of Psychology (Clinical); (MAPS)
Sarah started life-teaching adolescents in outback Australia. Since then she has worked largely in the community and public sector. She is passionate about people reaching their full potential and sees the benefits of counselling as far reaching into all aspects of her clients lives.

Sarah utilises evidence-based treatments including CBT and solution focused therapy. She also has a growing interest in family systems and psychotherapy. Sarah believes in being person centred with her clients and working collaboratively to achieve their goals. Sarah’s approach is strength based and aims to build confidence and self-esteem in her clients.
