Audrey is a dedicated and compassioante psychologist who provides evidence-based therapy for children (6+), adolescents, and adults. With a client-centred and neuroaffirming approach, Audrey is committed to helping individuals navigate challenges while recognising and celebrating their unique strengths.
Drawing on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, Audrey tailors interventions to align with each client’s needs and lived experiences. Mindfulness, meditation, risk assessment, and safety planning are also integrated into therapy to support emotional regulation and well-being.
Audrey works with a range of concerns, including anxiety, phobias, adjustment difficulties, workplace stress, anger management, self-esteem challenges, and social avoidance. They also provide support for issues related to parenting, child behavior, bullying, and sleep difficulties.
Passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming therapeutic space, Audrey ensures that clients feel heard, validated, and empowered. With a trauma-informed and strengths-based perspective, she prioritizes strong therapeutic relationships to foster resilience and personal growth.
