Experience
Emily is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience supporting adults and children across Australia and Hong Kong. She has practiced in hospitals, schools, community counselling services, non-profit organisations, and private practice, supporting people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Emily works with a broad range of mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety, grief and loss, complex trauma, life transitions, personality disorders, interpersonal difficulties, parenting challenges, stress and burnout as well as ADHD support. She is known for her warm, thoughtful, and collaborative approach, creating a safe and respectful space where clients feel heard and understood.
Emily adopts an integrative, client-centred approach, drawing on Psychodynamic, Attachment-Based, Emotion-Focused, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies, providing tailored and evidence-based care.
