Jo is a qualified clinical counsellor with over 7 years of experience in her private practice. Jo offers a person-centred approach to counselling and believes that a person’s mind, body and spirit are fundamentally interconnected.
Jo offers individualised counselling; seeing you as my client to be the expert on your life and together can take it one step at a time to develop your capacity to resolve emotional, personal and relationship issues.
She is passionate about helping people of all ages and specialises in teenagers and young adults. As a parent of 3 boys herself believes that we all need support to help overcome the many challenges the world has thrown at us and offers couples and family therapy.
Jo finds it vital to develop a person sense of self, self-esteem, self-worth and self-confidence, in order to recognise and gain ones full potential, whilst understanding and appreciating the journey.
