  • Bachelor of Psychology Studies (Honors), Victoria University
    Master of Professional Psychology, La Trobe University

Experience:

Kate provides a warm, compassionate, therapeutic environment where clients can explore any difficulties they may be facing within a safe, nonjudgmental space. Kate works collaboratively, focusing on strengths, and teaching skills to help tackle challenges to work toward valued life goals.

Kate’s work is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dignity Therapy, and Reminiscence Therapy. Using these tools, Kate aims to assist clients to live their most fulfilling lives.
