Kristel is a warm, inclusive and adaptable psychologist with vast experience working with adolescents and adults who present with a range of issues and challenges. Kristel’s therapeutic approach involves creating an inclusive, non-judgemental and collaborative space, in order for her clients to feel safe and heard. Kristel finds it rewarding to help people thrive in life and draws on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to suit each individual.
Kristel has worked in a number of settings including private practice, schools, government funded and not-for-profit organisations. She welcomes clients from all backgrounds.
