Experience:

In my corporate journey, I’ve honed invaluable skills that I believe directly translate to the demands of Critical Incident work in psychology. Throughout my career, I’ve navigated high-pressured situations or emergencies that required debriefing, psychological first aid, support and psycho-education. Throughout these experiences, I’ve developed a keen ability to remain calm and composed in the face of adversity. Moreover, my corporate journey has instilled in me a deep appreciation for the importance of empathy, compassion, and human connection in times of crisis. Whether supporting colleagues through personal challenges or providing reassurance to clients amidst organisational upheaval, I’ve witnessed firsthand the profound impact of genuine care and understanding in alleviating distress and fostering hope.

In essence, my corporate experience has been a crucible of learning and growth, equipping me with the resilience, adaptability, and interpersonal skills necessary to thrive in the demanding realm of Critical Incident work. I am eager to leverage these experiences and contribute meaningfully to supporting individuals and communities through their most vulnerable moments.
