Moreover, my corporate journey has instilled in me a deep appreciation for the importance of empathy, compassion, and human connection in times of crisis. Whether supporting colleagues through personal challenges or providing reassurance to clients amidst organisational upheaval, I’ve witnessed firsthand the profound impact of genuine care and understanding in alleviating distress and fostering hope.
