In her work with adolescents, she focuses on helping young people navigate the complexities of identity, self-esteem, and emotional well-being during this critical developmental stage. For couples, she offer a supportive environment to address relational conflicts, improve communication, and rebuild connection, utilising evidence-based techniques tailored to each unique relationship.
As a psychosexual therapist, she help individuals and couples explore issues related to sexuality, intimacy, and sexual health, guiding them towards healthier, more fulfilling sexual relationships. Her goal is to empower clients to overcome barriers, enhance their relationships, and discover greater meaning and satisfaction in their lives.
