Gary is passionate about helping people who are struggling, to manage and overcome their challenges. He is passionate about exploring identity, life and career direction.

Gary has experience working with a diverse range of clients experiencing difficulties with anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem, sleep, relationships, university and workplace challenges, emotional abuse/ bullying, injustice, anger and challenging life situations.

Gary aims to help deepen client self-awareness, encourage the development of flexibility in thinking, healthy coping and living. He supports individuals in their personal growth, to feel empowered and to take positive action and make change, to achieve their goals and potential.

Gary takes a calm, authentic, holistic, person-centred approach, adapting to the individual’s needs, using various evidence-based therapy methods.
