Experience:

Gia has over 15 years’ experience as a mental health counsellor. She is a passionate, driven and adaptable who works ethically and is committed to building strong therapeutic relationships, with a client centred approach.

Gia is dedicated to the achievement of positive change for clients and the wider community, through accurate assessment, effective evidence-based treatment and collaborate engagement. She has worked in a number of settings including Schools, Private Practice and in the EAP space. A key strength of Gia’s is her patience and empathy for her clients, as she acknowledges that change can often be slow, and that therapy is an experience not an explanation.
