Ms Sullivan is a Psychologist with over 20 years diverse experience across educational, organisational, community and private practice settings across Australia and overseas in the Asia-Pacific region.
Her focus areas are:
- General counselling (MHTP) (children, youth, families, couples and adults) with CBT and CFT as primary approach supported by psycho/social education across a arrange of issues including depression, anxiety, family dysfunction and emotional regulation.
- EAP – conflict resolution, redundancy support, general counselling & support, psychological first aid/critical incidents, psycho/social education;
- Organisational & community development – individual/group/systems approach to stress, performance & management issues; organisational change; conflict resolution & mediation; cultural diversity; coaching/training.
- Education – counselling & support for teachers, parents & students; individual & school behaviour programmes, assessments, parenting programmes, psycho/social education.
